Matt has a deep background in HCM/ERP Consulting Services, Project Solutioning, and Business Development. 

Today, Matt is a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Skillcentrix, Workday’s first and only skills- and talent-focused consultancy. 

His focus is on establishing client relationships, business development, client delivery, and strategic direction of his go-to-market teams in alignment with client and market trends. ​Matt acts as an Executive Sponsor in the delivery of strategic client programs, while also overseeing all business development activities. 

Prior to Skillcentrix, Matt held Sales and Leadership roles at top Global Enterprise Technology organizations, including IBM and Oracle. At IBM, he lead North America Workday Sales team before taking over as the AMS Market Leader owning Sales and Delivery teams overseeing both the Industrial and Distribution Sectors for IBM’s Workday Consulting Practice. ​

Matt’s specialized in leading both delivery and business development executives, driving the full customer life cycle including relationship management, sales and solution execution, staffing, project governance, and delivery.
