Josh is the Chief Executive Officer of Skillcentrix, where he is accountable for the firm’s strategy, operations, and execution, with a mandate to build a high-quality, partner-first professional services organization.

Josh brings deep experience building, scaling, and operating technology services firms alongside leading enterprise software partners. His background centers on establishing delivery excellence, operating discipline, and sustainable growth while maintaining strong ecosystem relationships and consistent customer outcomes.

Prior to Skillcentrix, Josh was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Third Sky, which he successfully scaled through its acquisition by VMware. Following the acquisition, Josh worked closely with VMware senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions and the integration of Global Services capabilities. Earlier in his career, Josh held senior leadership roles at Breakaway Solutions, where he was part of the leadership team during the firm’s early growth through becoming a public company.

Josh brings extensive experience operating within enterprise software ecosystems and partnering closely with leading platform providers. His leadership approach emphasizes execution quality, partner trust, and long-term alignment. At Skillcentrix, Josh serves as executive sponsor for strategic client engagements and is responsible for ensuring the firm delivers consistent value to customers and partners alike.
