An innovative HR and Technology executive with 30 years of experience in Talent and HCM solution delivery and leadership. Brett is responsible for the delivery and execution of Skillcentrix’s Talent Offerings to ensure that Workday clients gain a competitive edge in their platform adoption, leveraging optimized configuration, aligned business processes, and an underlying Skills foundation.
A Workday client since Workday Four, Brett has been called an ecosystem thought leader based on over 14 years of experience on the platform, as well as his 50+ successful Workday deployments in a host of industries. He brings a passion for the “Now of Work”, a laser-focused lens on what success looks like for clients with a Workday footprint, and a unique top-down and bottom-up approach in partnering with clients. Known for his ability to blend strategy, advisory, and deployment experience for his clients, Brett has spent his career helping them achieve their workforce outcomes explicitly aligned to organizational goals.
Prior to co-founding Skillcentrix, Brett led Large Institution deployments at Deloitte in their Workday Higher Education practice. A longtime Services executive, Brett has also served as the Workday COE lead for IBM’s North American Workday Practice, and one of the first ten employees at Workday Partner, Meteorix, which sold to IBM in 2015.
