As a CTO, I’m always looking for ways to use technology to improve our business and make our customers more productive. That’s why I’m excited about Workday’s new AI and ML innovations. These new capabilities have the potential to transform the way HR organizations use emerging technologies, and I’m eager to see how we can use them to benefit our customers.
One of the things I’m most interested in is the new Manager Insights Hub.
This new feature uses AI to provide managers with real-time insights into their teams, including employee skills, sentiment, goals, and more. That information can help managers to better understand their teams’ needs and provide them with the support they need to succeed.
The insights hub will also have the capability to provide recommendations to the manager to drive decision making like identifying employees who have the skills and experience necessary to take on new roles or responsibilities.
Similarly, Workday recently delivered the HR Partner Hub to provide HR partners with a single point of access to workforce movement information and to the reports and dashboards most relevant to their work which has had a positive response from our customers. Look for Workday Hubs to become more relevant in improving the employee experience.
I’m also excited about the new generative AI capabilities that Workday is introducing. Generative AI can be used to automate a wide range of tasks, from writing reports to streamlined automations. This could free up employee’s time to focus on more strategic and value-added work. Other ways businesses will benefit from new Workday generative AI capabilities include:
Finally, I’m pleased to see that Workday is launching an AI Marketplace. This marketplace will make it easier for customers to discover and deploy AI and ML solutions from leading vendors. This will give our customers more choices and flexibility when it comes to using AI and ML to improve their businesses.
For example, Customers could use the AI Marketplace to find and deploy AI and ML solutions for a wide range of business needs, such as workforce market data, skills gap analysis, and skills planning. This would give customers more choices and flexibility when it comes to using AI and ML to improve their businesses.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Workday’s new AI and ML innovations. I believe these capabilities have the potential to revolutionize the way we work. I’m confident that Workday’s continued innovations will have a significant impact on the way businesses operate in the years to come. I’m excited to see how our customers use these technologies to improve their businesses and make their employees more productive.
